Good Food Buffs in Fallout 76 (Herbivore)

First, AP Refresh. Easiest to craft item for this is Steeped fever blossom tea.

  • 2 Boiled water
  • 2 Fever blossoms
  • 1 Honey
  • 2 Soot flowers
  • 1 Wood

The boiled water, wood and honey are all farmable from your C.A.M.P. The Fever Blossoms can only be found in the Deep. Soot flowers spawn in a great number by Grafton Dam. Fast travel there, jump off the dam and look up the riverbank on the opposite side.

Alternatively, you can find both Honey and a few Soot flowers in the fields south-east of Aaronholt Homestead. The Soot flowers are in the fields leading up to a collapsed shack with beehives in the back of it.

Second, for an XP Boost I use Cranberry Relish.

  • 2 Boiled water
  • 2 Cranberries
  • 2 Gourds
  • 2 Sugar
  • 1 Wood

The wood, boiled water, and gourds can be farmed from your C.A.M.P. The easiest place to get cranberries in south-east of Aaronholt Homestead. They are mixed in the field with other crops.

For sugar, look for Snaptail reeds. They have many spawns, but the best route I’ve found starts at Hillfolk Hotdogs. Go the mouth of the dried-up riverbed and follow it east until you’re at the Vault-Tec Agricultural Research Center. Collect any Snaptail reeds you see along the way. When you reach the Vault-Tec Agricultural Research Center, turn North. Again, following the riverbed. Collect any Snaptail reeds you see along the way.

Third food item is Brain fungus Soup for +INT.

  • 1 Boiled water
  • 1 Wood
  • 1 Brain fungus

Boiled water and Wood are farmable from your C.A.M.P. The quickest Brain fungus spawns are right next to Berkeley Springs Station. From the spawn, run straight past the station and across the parking lot. over the stone wall between there and the road will be a few Brain funguses.

The fourth boost will be for V.A.T.S. crit damage, Blight soup.

  • 1 Blight
  • 1 Boiled water
  • 1 Wood

The best place to farm Blight is to fast travel to Striker Row in the Ash heap. Look on the trees right behind where you spawn in.

Fifth buff from food is Carrot soup for +PER.

  • 1 Boilded water
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Wood

This one is easy since you can farm it completely from your C.A.M.P.

Last food item is Tato juice for +AP.
